Anne M. Vaughan is an of-counsel attorney with the firm's Commercial Real Estate Section. Anne has been involved in a wide variety of real estate matters, including representation of clients in real estate acquisitions, sales, negotiations, property assemblages, leasing agreements, financing, and planned unit developments.
Relevant Experience:
- Represents developers in all aspects of assembling property, including title review, acquisitions and financing
- Negotiates and drafts commercial leases and lease amendments
- Drafts purchase agreements and closing documentation for commercial real estate transactions
- Negotiates documents and closes commercial loans, loan modifications and loan workouts
- Prepares documentation for planned unit developments
- Represents developers in documenting, registering and updating condominium projects with the Virginia Real Estate Board
